RAK Solar Battery Lite for Sensor Hub

NO RUSSIA CLAUSE:
The Buyer undertakes not to export, re-export, sell, transfer, or otherwise make available the delivered products and/or technologies, either directly or indirectly, to Russia, nor to use them for purposes in Russia. The Buyer guarantees that the delivered products and/or technologies are not intended for Russia or for use in Russia and that no utilization occurs in violation of the applicable sanctions and export control laws of the European Union, the United States of America, or other relevant jurisdictions.

Furthermore, the Buyer is obligated to ensure that these commitments are also passed on to its customers and that appropriate measures are taken to ensure compliance with these provisions throughout the entire supply chain. In the event of a violation, the Seller reserves the right to assert claims for damages and to terminate the contractual relationship without notice.
