The Acrios ACR-CV-101N-I4-EAC wirelessly connects up to four S0 pulse output devices—electricity, water, or heat meters—to the NB-IoT network. Meter readings are buffered locally and automatically transmitted in the event of a network outage. Configurable threshold alarms immediately report unusual changes in consumption. Power supply via 85–305 V AC, optionally with a replaceable D-cell battery as a backup. Configuration locally via ACR-CONFIG cable or remotely via downlink; OTA firmware updates via NB-IoT. IP67-rated housing, operating temperature −30 °C to +60 °C, CE/RoHS-certified. Manufactured in the Czech Republic.

What are the primary applications for this pulse input converter?

The converter is designed to read devices with pulse outputs, such as electricity and water meters, for integration into NB-IoT networks. It is commonly used for distribution system optimization, heating plants, and ensuring EED/ESG compliance for small businesses.

Is the device suitable for outdoor installation?

Yes, the device features an IP67 rating, making it resistant to dust and water. It is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -30 to +60 °C.

What mounting options are available for the unit?

The converter includes six fixation points for versatile installation. It can be mounted to walls, tubes, or collars using four M4 pan screws or two oval holes designed for zip-tie fixation.

How can the device be configured and updated?

Configuration can be performed locally using the ACR-CONFIG cable and application, or remotely via network downlinks and a Lua scripting interface. The device also supports Firmware Over-The-Air (FUOTA) updates through the NB-IoT network.

What are the technical specifications for the pulse inputs?

The device features four S0 inputs with 32-bit impulse counters. It supports a maximum pulse frequency of 33 Hz, a minimum pulse duration of 30 ms, and can handle a maximum input voltage of 24 V. It also includes 16kV ESD protection.

What are the power supply options for this device?

The unit can be powered by replaceable D-Cell or double D-Cell batteries with capacities up to 38,000 mAh. Alternatively, it can be connected to an AC power supply ranging from 85 to 305 V.

What is included in the standard packaging?

The standard package includes one S0 to NB-IoT converter and an installation manual. The NB-IoT 2JW1024 antenna is an optional accessory and is not included in the standard packaging.
