The SENSO8 LRS20310 is a battery-powered LoRaWAN water sensor designed to detect water leaks in technical and industrial environments. It uses a 2-pin sensor probe that detects water contact via an analog measurement and immediately triggers an alarm if a configurable threshold is exceeded. Data is transmitted via the LoRaWAN protocol with secure AES-encrypted transmission and supports OTAA as well as ABP. Thanks to very low power consumption, the sensor achieves a battery life of over 10 years with long transmission intervals. Typical applications include data centers, HVAC systems, water pipes, and smart buildings. The device is rugged, IP67-rated, and designed for reliable leak monitoring in continuous operation.
