The IR868LR from Ascoel is a pyroelectric infrared sensor (PIR) for detecting temperature changes within a radius of several metres, for example as a PIR motion detector. The sensor is ideal for monitoring homes, offices, shops and buildings. It is typically used in IoT projects such as smart buildings and smart facility management.
