The EMU EMCT 51 current transformer (busbar) is a current transformer designed to measure primary currents on busbars and round conductors. Once installed around the conductor, the transformer provides a standardized 5-A secondary signal for connected measuring instruments:
- Measures 50 x 10 mm busbars, 2 x 30 x 10 mm pairs, and round conductors with a diameter of 41 mm.
- Supports accuracy class 0.5.
- Delivery includes mounting hardware; an optional DIN rail snap-on mount simplifies installation.
The EMCT 51 series covers primary currents ranging from 500 A to 1000 A and supports energy measurement in switchgear, distribution panels, and machinery. The EMU-CT.51.600 model covers 600 A, while the EMU-CT.51.800 covers 800 A.
