The Nexelec AIR is a network-enabled carbon monoxide detector with LoRaWAN connectivity and a 10-year battery. Installation, maintenance, and documentation can be conveniently managed via a QR code and app—including digital maintenance records via the integrated NFC chip. The Air 360° sensor technology ensures reliable CO detection, with a pre-alarm, a loud 85 dB warning tone, and a visual indicator. Thanks to remote maintenance, checks can be performed without entering the home. Up to 25 detectors can be wirelessly networked. Ideal for residential buildings, landlords, property management companies, and smart home installations.
