The NexelecORIGIN+ is an innovative smoke detector that can network up to 25 sensors and accessories. It measures important parameters of the living environment such as temperature and humidity. Thanks to its networking, the smoke detector enables remote maintenance so that technicians do not have to enter the house.
A digital maintenance log, accessible via a QR code and an app, makes it easy to monitor the installation and maintenance of an entire detector fleet. After each maintenance, a unique electronic certificate is stored in the detector's secure NFC chip. The well thought-out design of the ORIGIN+ promotes acceptance of the detector among residents.
The ORIGIN+ also offers other useful functions. Real-time notifications inform residents and maintenance staff immediately of any problems detected or maintenance required. The smoke detector is energy efficient and optimizes energy consumption to extend battery life. A self-test function performs regular self-tests to ensure that all components are working properly. Thanks to the modular expandability, additional sensors and accessories can be easily integrated as required. The user-friendly app provides an intuitive user interface for managing and monitoring all networked devices.
