The RAK Outdoor Gateway enclosure, featuring 2 N-type antenna connectors and an Ethernet cable gland, is specifically designed for use in extreme environments. Made of rugged, industrial-grade die-cast aluminum, the enclosure offers maximum stability and reliably protects the internal electronics from dust, water, and mechanical stress. With an IP67/NEMA-6 rating, the enclosure is dustproof and submersible up to a depth of one meter. Its dimensions of 220 x 220 x 104 mm and weight of 2 kg allow for flexible mounting on poles with a diameter of 70–100 mm. The enclosure features 2 N-type antenna connectors, an Ethernet cable feed-through, and a reserved port for additional expansions. Thanks to its thermal design, the enclosure maintains stable temperatures even under full sunlight and additional heat sources. It is compatible with RAK products such as the WisGate Edge Max (RAK7249), RAK831 Concentrator Boards, and the RAK7243C Pilot Gateway.
