The model PEW-1000 from WIKA is a radio-based pressure sensor that monitors liquids and gases and uses the license-free radio standards LoRaWAN or mioty as well as Bluetooth. It is suitable for use on mobile plant components and remote measuring points and can be operated maintenance-free for years thanks to its intelligent measurement and transmission control and replaceable battery. The intelligent configuration enables measurement and transmission intervals depending on the measured value, which ensures a high level of safety with low data and energy consumption. With various wireless standard options and process connections, the sensor can be configured flexibly and is also suitable for retrofit applications. Robustly built and IP65-certified, it offers reliable pressure measurement and enables simple condition monitoring through temperature indication to detect possible faults at an early stage and minimize the risk of downtime.
