Shipping costs

The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

DHL: We charge a flat shipping fee of 9.51 € incl. VAT per order.
DHL Express: We charge a flat shipping fee of 23.68 € incl. VAT per order.

Deliveries to EU countries:

We charge a flat shipping fee of 29.90 € plus VAT of the destination country.

Deliveries to non EU countries up to 1,000 € value of goods:

We charge a flat shipping fee of 79.90 € excl. VAT.
Exceptions Switzerland (CH) and United Kingdom (UK): We charge a flat shipping fee of 29.90 € excl. VAT.
Exception Norway (NO): We charge a flat shipping fee of 39.90 € excl. VAT.

Deliveries to non EU countries from 1,000 € value of goods:

We charge a flat shipping fee of 129.90 € excl. VAT.
Exceptions Switzerland (CH) and United Kingdom (UK): We charge a flat shipping fee of 39.90 € excl. VAT.
Exception Norway (NO): We charge a flat shipping fee of 49.90 € excl. VAT.

Deviating Shipping Costs & Delivery Terms

In the following cases, surcharges or deviating shipping costs apply. All amounts are per shipment:

Bulky goods

For bulky goods shipments, we charge a surcharge of €20.00 (domestic) or €29.00 (international).

Dangerous goods — lithium batteries

For shipments containing lithium batteries that must be shipped as dangerous goods, we charge a surcharge of €5.00.

Fully regulated dangerous goods

Fully regulated dangerous goods can only be shipped by freight forwarder. Shipping costs are billed based on the actual costs incurred and will be communicated in the quotation or prior to dispatch.

War and crisis zones

For deliveries to countries with an elevated risk due to war, civil unrest, or the threat of terrorism (currently: Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen), flat-rate shipping costs of €129.00 apply, plus a surcharge of €60.00. Free shipping is not available for these destinations, regardless of the order value.

Embargoed regions

For deliveries to countries subject to trade restrictions imposed by the United Nations, the European Union, or national legislation (currently: Belarus, Central African Republic, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Zimbabwe), flat-rate shipping costs of €129.00 apply, plus a surcharge of €30.00. Free shipping is not available for these destinations, regardless of the order value. Deliveries to these countries are subject to a prior case-by-case review in accordance with applicable EU export control and sanctions regulations. There is no entitlement to delivery; we reserve the right to reject or cancel orders where legal restrictions prevent export. Any payments already made will be refunded in this case.
The classification of countries follows the current risk assessment of our shipping carrier and may change at short notice. If a country falls into both categories, the higher surcharge applies.

Shipping exclusion

Deliveries to Russia are excluded.

For large orders, shipping costs and delivery terms may deviate from our standard shipping conditions. These will be defined during the quotation process and expressly stated in the respective quotation. Upon acceptance of the quotation, the shipping costs and delivery terms stated therein are deemed agreed.

Provision of digital content:

Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form) is not subject to shipping charges.
Digital content is provided to you via a link communicated by e-mail.
The sending of this e-mail with access data for the provision of the digital content takes place within 24 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).

You will also be informed about the provision by e-mail.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

• Domestic DHL Express orders placed by 11:00 a.m. will be delivered on the following business day (Monday–Friday, by 6:00 p.m.).
• Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
• Upon request, service options such as Saturday delivery and guaranteed delivery by 9:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., or 12:00 p.m. are available as additional services.
• If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
