BITMOTECO Edge M

The Industrial PC is a fully integrated IoT Edge Platform with Node-RED, MQTT, OPC-UA, MTConnect and Modbus and supports you in the big tasks of Industry 4.0 and digitalization!

The IoT Edge Platform BITMOTECO supports companies in networking, individually analyzing and visualizing data from different sources. The product enables easy networking between and within automation levels. Through on-the-edge data processing, a decentralized network for complex functionalities can be spanned, in which the user retains complete control over his data. The BITMOTECO Edge is easy to configure and can be used out-of-the-box.

The BITMOTECO Edge in variant M is equipped with the modules B.connect, B.broker, B.storage, B.analyze, B.visualize and B.dev. In addition to these modules, the industrial PC is equipped with more powerful hardware than the systems XS and S. A variety of interfaces like MQTT, OPC-UA, MTConnect, Modbus and REST-API as well as the possibility to integrate IO-Link, LoRaWAN, AI and Cloud into your system gives the BITMOTECO Edge M the versatility it needs for an interdisciplinary application. Your own analyses and functions can be programmed with Node-RED in JavaScript.

All data can then be stored with the company's own decentralized time series database and processed with various ready-made or proprietary analyses and functions. Then they use this data, easily prepared with the integrated visualization tool, to provide customized dashboards wherever they are needed on your network. Whether these dashboards are to be made available only to a user-specific group or role, herewith you have the right product for the job.

The BITMOTECOsystem XS is equipped with the B.connect, B.broker and B.dev modules, thus brings a variety of interfaces, such as MQTT, OPC-UA, MTConnect, Modbus and REST API.

Already in this variant you get the possibility to integrate IO-Link, LoRaWAN, AI and Cloud into your system, set automated notifications. Your own analyses and functions can be programmed by Node-RED with JavaScript. B.dev allows users to install their own applications on the industrial PC.

The BITMOTECOsystem S has, in addition to a time series database, ready-made analysis modules that enable statistical evaluation options.
