The Dragino DMT01 is a professional wireless meat thermometer for precise, real-time temperature measurements in commercial kitchens and food processing environments. The system consists of a food-safe BLE high-temperature probe that measures temperatures from -30 °C to +110 °C and a charging station. Temperature data is transmitted locally via Bluetooth 5.1 and also sent to IoT platforms via LoRaWAN to reliably cover long distances. With IP67 protection, a battery life of over 30 hours, fast USB-C charging and a dishwasher-safe probe insert, the DMT01 is ideal for HACCP-compliant temperature monitoring in restaurants, catering, commercial kitchens and food production.
