The Dragino LWL04 LoRaWAN Water Leak Sensor is a reliable solution for detecting water leaks in environments such as kitchens, laundry rooms or boiler rooms. The sensor detects leaks by closing a circuit between three metal pegs placed on the floor surface. Thanks to LoRaWAN Class A v1.0.3, the device can transmit data over long distances in an energy-efficient manner. Power is supplied by a long-life CR123A battery, which offers a service life of up to 10 years depending on use. The sensor has a protection class of IP65 and is therefore waterproof and dustproof. Typical applications include smart buildings, factories and home automation. The sensor supports over-the-air firmware updates and flexible configuration, making it easy to integrate into existing IoT systems. With broad support for international frequency bands such as EU868 and US915, it is versatile.
