deZem T300/40 Folding Current Transformer

The deZem T300/40 Clamp-On Current Transformer is a split-core current transformer designed to measure alternating currents up to 300 A. The current transformer is clamped around an existing conductor without interrupting the circuit, making installation straightforward without the need for rewiring. The transformer complies with the UL-94VO fire safety standard and has an IP 20 protection rating; it is suitable for indoor use at ambient temperatures ranging from -20 to 55 °C and humidity levels up to 95 percent. When used with the deZem ZM8C multimeter, the measurement error for currents exceeding 3 percent of the rated current is less than 1 percent. A typical application is current monitoring in main and sub-distribution panels or directly on electrical systems. The T300 is compatible with other deZem hardware, such as the HarvyLR LoRaWAN current sensor, via standard patch cables, with a single cable capable of powering up to four transformers. The product line also includes models for rated currents of 15 A, 80 A, 150 A, and 500 A, which differ in terms of conductor window size, dimensions, and maximum short-time current rating.
