The ThinkNode-M1 transceiver is a compact, high-performance LoRa communication node designed for outdoor, IoT, and emergency applications. It is based on the Nordic nRF52840 microcontroller and also utilizes the SX1262 LoRa chip to ensure reliable wireless connections over long distances. Thanks to the pre-installed Meshtastic firmware, the device can be used directly for decentralized mesh networks—ideal in areas without cellular coverage.An integrated GPS module (including GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and QZSS) enables precise positioning, while the 1.54-inch E-Ink display shows important data such as status or messages in an energy-efficient manner. Operation is via several buttons as well as a smartphone app via Bluetooth. With its 1200 mAh battery, the ThinkNode-M1 achieves a runtime of over 48 hours. Thanks to its rugged construction, external antenna, and versatile features, it is particularly suitable for outdoor adventures, environmental monitoring, and safety-critical communication.
