The Stella R LoRaWAN heating actuator from Eurotronic is a battery-powered device that is specially designed for use in offices, hotels, public buildings, and industrial facilities. It runs on two AA batteries, delivers an actuating force of over 125 N, and enables a valve stroke of 4.8 mm. The temperature control range is between 8°C and 28°C, and the battery life is around five years. The actuator communicates via LoRaWAN EU88 (V1.0.4) with a range of more than 6 km in open space and has an internal antenna. Functions include actuator mode, setpoint control, frost protection, LED display, toggle switch operation, and configuration and parameter display via the LoRaWAN payload. The housing is made of plastic and has protection class IP30.
