The Globalsat LS-113G Air Quality Sensor is an indoor sensor for determining temperature, humidity and fine dust content of the indoor air. The values are transmitted via LoRaWAN and shown on a display on the device. LEDs warn when dangerous values are reached or exceeded. Fine dust is generated by many processes, including road traffic. While larger dust particles can be easily filtered out of the air we breathe by the body, this is not possible with fine dust. It has been scientifically proven that fine dust increases the risk of asthma and lung cancer. Therefore, it should be monitored in places at risk. The sensor is powered by mini USB.
