The Jooby EPHIR RMS NB-IoT is a sensor-based wireless module designed for the precise remote reading of gas meters, particularly Samgas and Itron models. The system detects every full rotation of the meter via an external sensor and automatically transmits the consumption data to the server via the NB-IoT cellular network using MQTT. Thanks to quick installation without removing the meter, a rugged design with IP65/IP68 protection, and a battery life of up to ten years, the module is ideal for utilities and operators. Event and tamper detection, remotely configurable transmission intervals, and reliable data transmission ensure efficient and secure energy monitoring.
