The Macnman MacSync LNCT is an industrial-grade LoRaWAN sensor for non-contact surface temperature measurement on moving, hard-to-reach, or high-temperature objects such as motors, conveyor systems, and process equipment. With ±1% accuracy, 15:1 optical resolution, and a response time of less than 250 ms, it is suitable for early warning of overheating and predictive maintenance. Available in two measurement ranges: X1 for 0–600 °C and X2 for 0–1,500 °C—each with an integrated 19-Ah lithium battery or external power supply. Configuration via BLE using the Macnman Maya app or remotely via downlink. Rugged IP65 housing, 1-meter connection cable, operating temperature up to +80 °C, wall and pole mounting.

How do the three available model variants differ in terms of temperature range and power supply?

The variants are tailored to specific needs: the MMT-804 and MMT-805 both measure 0-600 °C, but the 804 uses external power while the 805 is battery-powered. The MMT-806 is an externally powered model designed for high-temperature environments up to 1500 °C.

What is the expected battery performance for the MMT-805 variant?

The MMT-805 is equipped with a high-capacity 19 Ah Lithium Thionyl Chloride battery, providing an estimated service life of over 7 years when data is transmitted at 60-minute intervals.

What are the ideal applications for the battery-operated model?

The battery-powered variant is specifically designed for remote monitoring, unmanned installations, and deployments where external power sources are unavailable.

What power supply specifications are required for the MMT-804 and MMT-806 models?

These models are designed for continuous monitoring and require an external power supply providing 9 to 36 V DC.

Which variant is recommended for monitoring high-heat processes like furnaces or metal working?

The MMT-806 is the recommended choice for these applications, as it supports an extended measurement range up to 1500 °C.

Does the sensor require physical contact with the machinery or materials it measures?

No, the sensor utilizes non-contact technology, which is ideal for monitoring moving conveyors, industrial machinery, and other sensitive or high-heat surfaces from a distance.

What environmental protection features do the externally powered models offer?

The external power-operated variants are built with an IP65 protection rating, ensuring they are protected against dust and water ingress in industrial settings.

Are there any specific probe requirements for the power-operated versions?

Yes, the externally powered variants (MMT-804 and MMT-806) are only available with an external probe configuration for temperature measurement.
