The RAK WisMesh TAP V2 is a fully standalone Meshtastic communicator designed for outdoor use, based on the Espressif ESP32-S3 (RAK3312 module) with a Semtech SX1262 LoRa transceiver. The TFT touchscreen, featuring an integrated on-screen keyboard and the new Meshtastic UI (MUI), allows you to send and receive messages directly on the device without a phone. An SD card for offline map display and a buzzer for incoming messages round out the package. The integrated GNSS module shares location data via the mesh network, and the 3,200-mAh battery is charged via USB-C. IP65-rated housing, operating temperature range of −20 °C to +60 °C, configuration via Bluetooth app or USB.
