The RAK7590 Field Tester Pad is a portable handheld device for LoRaWAN network diagnostics and verification in both indoor and outdoor environments. It measures uplink and downlink signal quality (RSSI, SNR) and packet loss, and displays the data in real time on a 7-inch LCD screen. With GPS, Wi-Fi, BLE, and an external LoRa antenna port, testers can visualize signal coverage on maps—even offline—and create or export test reports. The device is based on the Raspberry Pi CM4, supports regional frequencies such as EU868, US915, AS923, and others, and works with TTN, ChirpStack, AWS IoT Core, or private networks. A 20,000 mAh battery enables over 11 hours of operation, and USB-C provides additional external power.
