The BLE Beacon from Seeed Technology is a small wireless device that transmits Bluetooth signals at regular intervals. The signals are then recognized by bluetooth enabled devices such as T-1000 trackers and the proximity to the beacon can be determined. It provides a location-based solution indoors as well as for asset tracking and many other applications.
