Seeed launched their new line of robust industrial design, called 'Iot Into the Wild' of IP66 rated outdoor sensors. Easy to configure via bluetooth, with extremely long battery life, the line is well coordinated and consists of hardware products (environmental sensors, data-loggers, gateways and artificial intelligence (AI) sensors) in combination with software services (SenseCAP portal, mobile App, open dashboard, API for device and data management).
The SenseCAP S2104 LoRaWAN soil moisture and temperature sensor has a wide measuring range and can be used in various scenarios. It is ideal for smart agriculture, for example for outdoor farms, plantations or greenhouses, but also as a supplement to weather stations or for measuring environmental pollution. The probe measures soil temperature and soil moisture. Significantly simplified integration via Plug & Play with pre-configured network servers (Helium, TTN and others), as well as its own free mobile app for instant reading of measured values. In addition to setting parameters, the app also supports firmware updates and device cluster management.
