The SensMax Loyalty Button L3 TS is a wireless system for measuring customer satisfaction in real time and is frequently used in airports, shopping malls, retail stores, banks, post offices, and public facilities. Users provide their feedback via three simple rating icons (positive, neutral, or negative) at the push of a button. The data is automatically transmitted to a central system via a gateway or Wi-Fi/Internet connection and is available there in real time or at short intervals for analysis. Integrated filtering mechanisms reduce duplicate or erroneous entries, ensuring reliable analysis. The system is battery-powered and has a runtime of up to two years.
The variants differ in their wireless range: The LR version supports transmission up to 150 meters at 868 MHz, while the SLR version is designed for larger installations and enables ranges of up to 800 meters. Both variants use the same sensor technology and differ only in their radio transmission power, allowing them to be flexibly adapted to different building sizes and infrastructure requirements.
Note:SensMax devices communicate via a proprietary, manufacturer-specific protocol (868 MHz/2.4 GHz)—not LoRaWAN. Sensors, gateways, and displays can only be combined within the SensMax ecosystem, with matching range types (LR only with LR, etc.) and the SensMax Cloud for data analysis.
