The SensMax Loyalty Button L3 is a wireless customer feedback system for collecting satisfaction data in real time. Users can choose between three rating options (happy, neutral, unhappy) with the push of a button. The system is suitable for retail, banks, public institutions, and smart buildings, and can be directly integrated with people-counting data.
The wireless range varies depending on the model: The L3 Standard version (2.4 GHz) offers a range of up to approximately 50 m, the L3 LR version (868 MHz) up to approximately 150 m, and the L3 SLR version (868 MHz) up to approximately 800 m for large installations.
Note: SensMax devices communicate via a proprietary, manufacturer-specific protocol (868 MHz/2.4 GHz)—not LoRaWAN. Sensors, gateways, and displays can only be combined within the SensMax ecosystem, with the appropriate range type (LR only with LR, etc.) and the SensMax Cloud for data analysis.
