The leakage detector with switching contact and two signal LEDs has a LoRaWAN interface and is ideal for monitoring containers, intermediate floors, false ceilings or rooms against unwanted water ingress and thus helps to prevent major water damage. Due to the height-adjustable signaling contacts, the response time of the sensor can be adjusted with regard to the water height to be reported. In the flex variant, the device detects water or liquid ingress over the entire length of the sensor rod. In addition to the LoRaWAN interface, the device has a potential-free switching contact for direct communication with the higher-level control system. Due to the compact design of the sensor rod, the sensor can be mounted in a wide variety of locations (floors, ceilings, etc.) to save space. The sophisticated and highly flexible insulation braid also allows direct mounting on water-bearing pipe systems. The sensor rod can easily be shortened on site. At radio-shielded mounting locations, there is the possibility of optimizing the radio connection between the device and the gateway by means of an optional external antenna.
