The WATTECO BoB Assistant is a vibration sensor for machine monitoring. For this purpose, the BoB first learns the different vibration patterns of a machine in order to detect deviations later. This allows wear and undesirable conditions to be detected at an early stage and downtimes to be minimized. The transmission of the analysis results and running times of the machine takes place via energy-saving LoRaWAN protocol. This allows the BoB to run on one battery for up to two years. Mounting is quick and easy using strong magnets, alternatively mounting with screws or rivets is also possible. Applications of the BoB are for example water pumps, compressors, air filters, concrete mixers and transformers.
