Terms and conditions for the Alpha-Omega Technology GmbH & Co. KG raffle at the The Things Conference 2023
1. Organizer
The raffle is organized by Alpha-Omega Technology GmbH & Co KG (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). The Organizer's address is Flinsberger Str. 27, 37308 Schimberg, Germany.
2. Eligibility
Participants must meet the following conditions to be eligible:
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Participants cannot be employees, family members, or affiliates of the Organizer.
- Participants must collect the prize on site or be resident in the EU.
3. Method of Entry
To take part in the competition, you need to answer the majority of the questions in the quiz offered at The Things Conference 2024 correctly.
4. Prize
Winners will receive devices or prizes announced at the event. These prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged.
5. Winner notification
Winners will be announced online during The Things Conference 2024 and must be present in person to receive their prize. If a winner is not present, the prize will be sent to the winner within the EU after the event.
6. Data privacy
Participant´s personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The Organizer is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the giveaway or the use of the awarded prize. Participation is at the participant's own risk.
8. Legal Recourse and Cash Payout
Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payouts of prizes are not possible.
9. Modification or Termination of the Raffle
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise that affect the conduct of the raffle.
10. Applicable Law
German law applies to this giveaway.
