The EMU EMCT 81 current transformer (busbar) is a current transformer designed to measure busbar currents. It is installed using the mounting hardware provided and is suitable for standard busbar configurations:
- Converts primary currents ranging from 800 A to 1600 A into a 5-A output.
- Suitable for 80 x 10 mm busbars and round conductors up to 65 mm in diameter.
- Accuracy class 0.5 is suitable for energy metering and load monitoring in distribution systems.
Typical applications include switchgear, power distribution, and industrial monitoring, where the device can be reliably integrated into both retrofits and new installations, reducing both installation effort and the complexity of the cabling
