The Lansitec Solar Bluetooth Gateway (Cat-1) is a rugged IoT gateway designed to capture and transmit Bluetooth data over a global cellular network. It scans for BLE sensors, beacons, and devices in the vicinity and reliably transmits their data to the cloud. Thanks to an integrated 3-watt solar panel and a 5300 mAh battery, the gateway operates largely maintenance-free and is particularly suitable for remote or hard-to-reach locations. The IP66-rated housing ensures reliable operation even under harsh environmental conditions. With support for iBeacon, Eddystone, and proprietary Bluetooth protocols, as well as configurable transmission intervals, the system can be flexibly adapted to various applications, such as asset tracking, vehicle monitoring, or personnel tracking in industry and logistics.
