The WIKA Asystom Sentinel is a smart multi-sensor device for condition-based monitoring of motors, pumps, and valves operating at 300 rpm or higher. It simultaneously measures vibration, structure-borne sound, and surface temperature, processes the data directly within the device, and transmits the results via LoRaWAN to a secure cloud platform. Four AA lithium batteries enable up to 10 years of operation with hourly measurements. Available in two versions: the BX-DLX version with ATEX/IECEx certification for Zone 1 hazardous areas, and the BI-DLX outdoor version without ATEX certification; both feature an IP66 protection rating and an extended temperature range down to −40 °C. Configuration and device management are performed remotely via the same visualization platform.
