Severn WLD is an intelligent LoRaWAN-capable device developed by LAIIER for detecting water leaks. Severn WLD detects water leaks from as little as two drops of water. Unlike conventional solutions, it alerts you as soon as a leak starts, allowing you to repair it in time before major damage occurs. Designed for commercial buildings, the Severn WLD offers high sensitivity and scalability. It accurately detects and locates leaks, ensuring rapid response and minimal damage.
If water is detected at four or more electrodes, Severn WLD sends an emergency uplink message via LoRaWAN.
You can adjust the threshold value for triggering emergency messages and change the time interval for regular messages via LoRaWAN downlink messages. The Severn WLD contains a temperature sensor to detect the ambient temperature and an acceleration sensor to detect movement.
