The R718PA7 from NETVOX is a wireless communication device for noise detection. The R718PA7 detects noise and communicates with a noise sensor via the RS485 connection interface. It then sends the detected sound data to other devices using the LoRa™ wireless communication protocol.
By using LoRa (Long Range), a wireless communication technology known for its long range and low power consumption, data can be sent over long distances. This technology is used in various areas such as automatic meter reading, building automation, wireless security systems and industrial monitoring.
